“ I brought my son's car in for what I thought was going to be a fairly expensive repair. I pushed Tri-County to give me a ballpark estimate for what it might cost......worse case scenario, best case scenario....and they were very upfront with me which I appreciated. The truth is that I purchased this vehicle from my father who did tell me that he had an extended warranty on it, but I had forgotten this. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to pay out-of-pocket completely for the issue.
