They had us bring the car in early because they knew we needed it for business. They said if somebody cancelled they would fit us in. They kept us up-to-date with what was going on. They did a pre inspection Which was great because we needed little done so we just had them do it for convenience. Great staff!
Everyone was very patient and knowledgeable. I was there for an oil change with Tire rotation and they noticed I had a screw in my rear tire, removed the screw and plugged the tire free of charge. You just don't get service like this anymore. I plan on continuing my services here in the future. I am completely satisfied.
I gave Tri-County Dodge five stars, Service is always reliable and more importantly, all employees are very friendly and treat you with respect. On this visit, I was in a bit of a bind, and due to Brian’s great customer service, he addressed my dilemma. It’s hard to find great customer service today, but Tri County dodge and all their employees understand the meaning of customer satisfaction!!
Had to drop off my car for an AC repair, Oil change, and State inspection. Didn't get to drop it off until midway through a Friday. Amazingly they had it all done by the next day. Very nice group of people and did a great job fixing up my car. 5/5 would recommend.
We were traveling cross country in our eco-diesel Grand Cherokee towing our travel trailer. After checking with Jeep Assist they contacted several Jeep dealers on our route. Tri-county was the only one that seemed to understand our situation and showed compassion. They said to bring it on down and we will check it out. I brought my son's car in for what I thought was going to be a fairly expensive repair. I pushed Tri-County to give me a ballpark estimate for what it might cost......worse case scenario, best case scenario....and they were very upfront with me which I appreciated. The truth is that I purchased this vehicle from my father who did tell me that he had an extended warranty on it, but I had forgotten this. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to pay out-of-pocket completely for the issue. And that's when Mark from service called me and told me that he looked further into my situation and he identified that I had the extended warranty on it that would only cost me the deductible. This was the difference between hundreds of out of pocket dollars vs. $100. They could've easily just charged me full price and moved on but they didn't. I just bought a truck from them a few months ago and now I'm having my son's Jeep serviced there..... I will continue to patronize them because they're honest, they do what they say they're going to do, and they treat you like a valued customer. Thank you Mark and thank you Tri-County!!!!
